Brandon King and Kyle Mayers gave the West Indies a good start, putting on 55 runs for the first wicket.
Axar Patel broke the partnership, dismissing Mayers for 25.
King continued to bat well, but he was eventually dismissed for 42 by Kuldeep Yadav.
Rovman Powell hit a quickfire 40 not out of 19 balls to help the West Indies reach 159 for 5 in their 20 overs.
Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill started for India. Like the last two matches, the opening pair could not do anything special in this match as well.
However, both batsmen were dismissed in quick succession, leaving India in trouble at 34 for 2.
Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma then took charge, Suryakumar Yadav Highest scoring 83 off 44 balls.
The same Tilak Verma (score 49 off 37 balls) remained just one run away from his half-century. because Hardik Pandya ends the match by hitting a six off Rovman Powell in the 17.5 over.
